Welcome to Avora. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Avora.

Health & fitness disclaimer

Avora is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Workout plans, AI coaching, body-scan analysis, and any suggestions are for general fitness and informational purposes only. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified physician before starting any program, especially if you have an injury, condition, or health concern. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using proper form and safe loads. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Avora.

Your account

You're responsible for your login and the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (workouts, photos, profile). You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it to operate the app — including sending relevant data to our AI provider to generate responses, and showing content you mark public. Don't upload content you don't have the right to, or that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security or other users' data, no scraping, no reverse-engineering, no uploading harmful code, and no using Avora to harass others.

Early access

Avora is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data is provided on a best-effort basis — keep your own record of anything critical. The first members receive complimentary access to premium features as a thank-you for being early.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription ("Avora Pro"). If offered, pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout, payments are processed by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime through the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding members' complimentary access is described in-app.

Termination

You can stop using Avora and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers & liability

Avora is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any plan, coaching, or analysis it provides.
