Welcome to Avora. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Avora.

Health & fitness disclaimer

Avora is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Workout plans, AI coaching, body-scan analysis, and any suggestions are for general fitness and informational purposes only. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified physician before starting any program, especially if you have an injury, condition, or health concern. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using proper form and safe loads. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Avora.

Your account

You're responsible for your login and the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (workouts, photos, profile). You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it to operate the app — including sending relevant data to our AI provider to generate responses, and showing content you mark public. Don't upload content you don't have the right to, or that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security or other users' data, no scraping, no reverse-engineering, no uploading harmful code, and no using Avora to harass others.

Early access

Avora is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data is provided on a best-effort basis — keep your own record of anything critical. The first members receive complimentary access to premium features as a thank-you for being early.

Subscriptions (Avora Pro)

Avora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the AI features: the coach, plan generation and rebuilds, body scans, video import and meal planning. Logging, XP, the avatar and social features are free.

Price and term.$9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (shown in your local currency in the App Store). New accounts get a 14-day free trial of Pro with no payment method required; the first 200 accounts ("founding members") keep Pro free for as long as Avora exists.

Renewal and cancellation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (in the iPhone app) or your card via Stripe (on the web) when you confirm a purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time: App Store purchases in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; web purchases from the Me tab. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under its own policies.

Changes. If we change the price of Pro we will tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal, with the option to cancel first.

Termination

You can stop using Avora at any time and delete your account from the Me tab → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers & liability

Avora is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any plan, coaching, or analysis it provides.
